From Seattle drive south (via I-5) to downtown Portland, take Exit 300 (Milwaukie/OMSI) just past the I-84 exit, bear left at the "Y" and take the first right (Hwy 99E), take Hwy 99E approximately 5 miles to the Jefferson Street Boat Ramp (on right).

From the south, take I-5 to I-205 north, approximately 9 miles to Exit 9 (McLoughlin Blvd/OR 99E), go approximately 9 miles on 99E to Jefferson St. - you will need to continue north on 99E until you are able to reverse couse to 99E south - race site access is south on 99E only.
